Stuff-A-Plush on the Geaux

By booking with Stuff-A-Plush on the Geaux, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Stuff-A-Plush on the Geaux provides mobile plush-stuffing party services for private events, birthdays, and special occasions. We bring all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies to create an interactive experience for guests.

2. Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Full payment must be completed prior to or on the day of the event, as outlined during booking.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

3. Event Requirements

The host is responsible for:

• Providing a safe, clean, and appropriate space for the event

• Ensuring access to power if required

• Allowing adequate space for setup and guest participation

Stuff-A-Plush on the Geaux reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe.

4. Setup & Timing

We will arrive prior to the scheduled event time to set up. Events will begin and end at the agreed-upon time.

If delays occur due to the host or venue, we will do our best to accommodate; however, extended time is not guaranteed.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

All cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Liability

Stuff-A-Plush on the Geaux is not responsible for:

• Injuries resulting from misuse of materials or equipment

• Accidents caused by guests during the event

• Damage to property or venue during the event

Adult supervision is required for children at all times.

7. Product & Experience Disclaimer

We provide a hands-on experience using plush materials and stuffing equipment. While we take care to ensure quality and safety, participation is at your own risk.

All sales are final once services have been rendered.

8. Photography & Marketing

We may take photos or videos during events for promotional purposes (social media, website, etc.).

If you prefer not to have photos taken, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

9. Weather Policy

For outdoor events, in the case of unsafe weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability. Refunds are not issued due to weather.

10. Changes to Services

Stuff-A-Plush on the Geaux reserves the right to make adjustments to packages, materials, or offerings if necessary, while maintaining the overall experience and value.

11. Agreement

By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
