Things to Know Before Booking
• A deposit is required to secure your party date (non-refundable) • Final headcount must be confirmed 7 days prior to your event • Parties are designed for a 75-minute experience — additional time may be added if available • A clear setup area is required for our stuffing station • We arrive early for setup — please ensure access to the space • Additional children beyond your package will be charged at $26 per plush • Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area • Adult supervision is required at all times during the event • Any additions after the 7-day deadline are subject to availability and may include a rush fee
